Bistro Franc
The two-storey restaurant is sited within Church House, the previous home of the Archbishop of Liverpool. The Decor, like its sibling bistros, is of a classic rustic French theme. The wooden chairs and tables, exposed brickwork, occasional chequered tablecloths, candles in wine bottles and walls smattered with prints by French artists, altogether create a traditional Gallic ambience.
The warm, inviting and relaxed service is accompanied by a good and daily changing selection of "entrees" and "plats de resistance" such as "Coq Au Vin" and "Boeuf Bourguignon", as well as a variety of mouth-watering Mediterranean dishes. The menus change daily to make use of fresh market produce and this adds to the vibrancy and spontaneity of this bustling inner-city restaurant.

Bistro Pierre
Authentic French restaurants are few and far between these days but Bistro Pierre delivers in true Gallic style. You'll find this vibrant, inner-city eaterie in the heart of Liverpool's Cavern Quarter near the world famous Matthew Street, in an old warehouse building which with its wooden floors and exposed brickwork has readily transformed itself into a rustic French bistro. Service is relaxed, warm and friendly.

Racquet Club/Ziba Restaurant
The award winning Ziba Restaurant was established in 1997 and moved into the refurbished Racquet Club Hotel in 2003. It is a special venue housed in a Victorian gem of building constructed in the form of a Venetian Palazzo by a wealthy Liverpool merchant in 1857.
The restaurant benefits from large arched windows in a fantastic airy space with an adjacent intimate bar. It is furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and traditional pieces and an extensive collection of original artwork.
Our Head Chef, and his brigade focus on using quality, fresh local produce. They also have the benefit of ingredients from our family farm and organic Home Farm Shop. Our menu would be considered modern English with a twist.
If you would like to book a table in our restaurant please do not hesitate to get in touch.
You can book a table by either contacting us on 0151 236 6676 or by emailing us on:

London Carriage Works
The London Carriage Works: modern international food, complemented by the use of local, organic and fresh seasonal produce.

The London Carriage Works opened in December 2003, quickly establishing itself as one of Liverpool's leading restaurants, enjoying rave reviews and critical acclaim. It was voted one of the top ten restaurants outside London in the 2005 Hardens Guide and achieved Liverpool's highest score for cooking in The Good Food Guide 2006. Most recently it won Taste of England's Northwest 2008.

The London Carriage Works acquired its name when during construction works the original sign above the restaurant doors became apparent in the stonework. The building, built in the 1860s in the style of a Venetian Palazzo, was once the home of a coach and carriage builders.
